FindMine relies on accurate product information for successful integrations. Your product feed should match the product information on your website and catalog.

We encourage as much product information as possible and are flexible with formats and data types.

Accepted Formats

FindMine accepts product catalogs in almost any format or via an API integration. Below are examples of accepted formats:

• TSV
• PSV
• XML
• JSON
• Shopify endpoints

A feed evaluation is a key step in every FindMine integration. Our Customer Success team will work with your team to validate your product catalog’s format.

Minimum Required Product Information

1. The item’s unique product identifier: ****this should represent the item’s most specific style characteristic (i.e. color, fabric, or pattern variant), without specifying non-style characteristics such as size (i.e. S, M, L).
2. The item’s unique color identifier: this is always required except if the provided unique product identifier is unique to color variation.
3. The item’s category indictor: this does not necessarily have to be a single field in the product feed. The category indictor can be a series of fields that together provide a precise category to map against FindMine’s internal category architecture (i.e. using the item’s gender and age information to further specify the item’s category designation).
4. The item’s product title: the provided title should match the item’s name on it’s product detail page.
5. The item’s URL: the complete URL of the product detail page for the specified item.
6. The item’s Image URL(s): the complete URL(s) to each image of the item.
   1. In general, more is better: share all your image assets!
   2. For each image, share the purpose of it: on-model, lifestyle, swatch, flat-lay, etc. This can be handled in a variety of ways, like by filename, parameters, or separate fields
